Josip Šabić (ORCID), since 2024. IoT, LPWAN and edge AI. Joint work on smart beehives (systematic review) and LPWAN: reactive jamming, HackRF chirp detection, replay attacks, indoor localization, GEO satellite NB-IoT and LoRaWAN ABP cryptography over NB-IoT NTN.
Dario Vranješ (ORCID), since 2025. Joint work: acoustic side-channel attack on keyboard inputs and LLMs for typo-tolerant answer validation.
Nikola Brebrić, since 2026, Hrvatski Telekom. Joint work: GEO satellite NB-IoT and LoRaWAN ABP cryptography over NB-IoT NTN.

PhD graduates

Ana Čulić (ORCID), PhD 2025, co-supervised with Prof. Sandro Nižetić. Thesis: Metodološki pristup predviđanja individualne toplinske ugodnosti primjenom pametnih tehnologija (A methodological approach to predicting individual thermal comfort using smart technologies). Now at the Dr. Franjo Tuđman Defence and Security University, Maritime Department, Split. Joint work: smart thermal-comfort monitoring review, smart bracelet case study, smart shirt, office air quality and data-driven heat-pump control.

Bachelor’s and master’s theses

More than 50 supervised or co-supervised, several of which led to published papers, e.g. Low-Cost Implementation of Reactive Jammer on LoRaWAN Network and Low-Cost LoRaWAN Jammer.
