About the project

Through this research, knowledge will be gained about the respondents’ awareness of the impact of artificial intelligence in the field of forensic sciences, and especially in the field of maritime and underwater security. Also, an analytical approach to the activities of the World Hydrographic Organization (IHO) and the Croatian Hydrographic Institute (HHI) will determine their connection with forensic hydrography, on the basis of which guidelines for further research can be made.

As part of this research, it will be determined whether it is possible to connect the identity of a person - and the owner of the mobile device - on the basis of information sent by mobile devices on a wireless channel (WiFi).

The possibilities and applications of smart contracts in the Republic of Croatia will be explored, as will the existing regulations that could be applied to them. The comparative legal regulation of smart contracts in the member states of the European Union and the USA will be analyzed

Issues of the safety of individuals require an analysis of legal regulations, especially from the perspective of public service employees. Adequate level of judicial protection mechanism in the application of special evidentiary actions.
