About the project

The main goal of the project is to develop a common strategy for the digitalization of civil protection plans. This will be achieved through an IT platform based on a Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing data gathered from various sources. The platform will be structured using production microservices and tailored to the needs of partner territories.

Additionally, IoT sensors will be installed in the partner areas for the development and monitoring of DSS connected to the platform. Throughout the developmental phases of the platform, emphasis will be placed on meetings and content sharing among partners. Priority will be given to training staff and exchanging DSS development methodologies to ensure the involvement of all participants in the digitalized civil protection plan.

The project will include training sessions, workshops, as well as the exchange of fundamental knowledge gained from previous projects. International conferences will also be organized to achieve this goal. The work plan is as follows and can be divided into the following stages: 1. Digitalization of civil protection plans 2. Platform development 3. Construction and pilot implementation with IoT sensor installation 4.

Development of an international strategy and action plan.
